As part of the creative process, making art is also a way for me to give back, pay it forward, or whatever you want to call it :) .
As such, I am happy to donate both art and jewelry to nonprofit groups for fund raising events, as well a percentage of my
sales to rescue organizations. There are three ways to work with Beth Wade Design to raise money for animal welfare . . .
1. If you would like a donation for a fund raising event, please fill out and submit the "Donation Request Form". Requests
made without completion of this form will not be considered. I ask that groups make only one request per year for a donation
and would appreciate a donation receipt for my records if possible. Thanks so much and happy fund raising!
2. Commission a quilt and I will donate 10% of the profits to the animal rescue of your choice. The animal rescue needs to
be an accredited 501(c)3 non profit organization, and you will need to provide me with the mailing address and contact name
to whom the donation check will be sent.
3. Visit my Etsy store: www.bethwade.etsy.com where 10% of the sales from my Etsy store are donated to the Etsy
