Methods of payment TOP

There are three ways to make payment and it is important to carefully read all information regarding credit card transactions.
1. Paypal: You may pay securely online via Paypal using your Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover cards.
 2.Credit Card: If you choose to pay with your credit card, but not through Paypal, you may use either your **Visa or Mastercard only**.
3. If you would like to pay with a check, please contact me prior to ordering and I will process your order manually. Please allow 10 days for the check to clear prior to starting your order.

How long will it take to receive my order? TOP

It is very important to note that because the market price of silver has dramatically increased in past months that everything is made to order. **Please expect 2-3 weeks for delivery** Jewelry comes packaged in a white swirl box with an anti-tarnish bag, a Pro Polish Pad and is finished with a bow. All dog tags are packaged in a mini kraft envelope with label and care tag.
 
 

How do I care for my jewelry? TOP

Every piece, whether crafted from fine silver, copper or polymer is finished with sterling silver components. And while most pieces crafted in silver or copper are intentionally oxidized, all metals will begin to tarnish naturally over time. To help delay this process, you may keep your jewelry in the anti-tarnish bag provided with your purchase, as well as in a box or place where it is exposed to as little light as possible. If your piece does begin to tarnish, simply use the Pro Polish Pad included with your order, or a standard polishing cloth and gently wipe until the shine is restored. I do not recommend using any sort of polishing creme or liquid.
 
Many pieces also have dangling charms, beads, wires, etc.. Try to avoid pulling on these components as it may compromise the construction of your jewelry. If you feel you need a stronger construction for earring charms, please request this prior to your purchase and I will use a wrap method to secure your charms if it's possible as part of the design.
 
Finally, storing jewelry in the box provided when not in use will help prolong the life of your earrings, bracelets, etc.

Jewelry sizing: How to measure for a bracelet TOP

To ensure that your new bracelet will fit properly please take an accurate measurement, email it to me and I will size your bracelet as needed prior to shipping. To properly meaure your wrist size for a bracelet, use a tape measure and wrap it snugly around your wrist, just under the wrist bone. Take that number and add 1" for your beaded and cuff bracelet size. (You may also use a piece of string to measure-just lay the length of yarn that you've wrapped around your wrist on a straight ruler to get the size). It is important to measure accurately because there is a $8 resizing charge which includes materials and UPS return delivery.

Shipping TOP

All jewelry purchases will be shipped via UPS Ground.  By shipping UPS,  not only is insurance standard, but each package is assigned a tracking number so packages may be tracked following shipment.  All dog tags are shipped via USPS First Class mail.
International shipments are sent via USPS First Class.

 

 


Returns, Refunds & Repairs TOP
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return your item within 7 days, including the receipt and reason for return and I will either exchange your item or refund your money in the original form it was paid. I am happy to repair jewelry due to a design defect within 90 days or purchase date. After 90 days I can repair your item for small a fee to cover materials and return shipping. If I am unable to repair your item for any reason, I will email you.

How do I commission a piece of art? TOP
If you would like to commission either a painting, a quilt or a piece of jewelry I would be happy to work with you. Typically I'll ask for an email and  a few high-resolution digital
photos in jpeg format detailing what you'd like to see in your piece and we can brainstorm to make sure we both have the same outlook for the finished product.   I
will then email you a quote which will include materials and time (shipping will be added onto the final invoice once the piece is packaged and weighed).  If  you give me the go ahead to proceed, I will send you an invoice via Paypal for 50% of the total commission price. This will allow me to buy any needed materials and begin the project. When I am nearing completion, I will email you a photo of the piece for your approval. At this point, you can make minor changes, etc. Once you have approved the artwork, I will invoice you for the balance including shipping and handling.   Once I receive payment I will package and mail the piece via UPS insured. Then you will receive your new art work and be happy!  Please allow 3-4 weeks for jewelry,  8-10 weeks for paintings and 12-16 weeks for quilts.
